The Pit Barrel® crew visits Trivento winery in sunny Mendoza, Argentina.
There are few places in the world that take their meat as seriously as they do in Argentina, making it quite the honor to be invited by Trivento to join them at their vineyards in Mendoza. Against the breathtaking backdrop of the Andes, it was an amazing opportunity to bring the unique Pit Barrel®flavors to a region so steeped in grilling tradition.
We share in a love of the grill, of value, of bringing people together, and are always looking for ways to compliment and enhance our respective crafts. Pulling a nice steak or rack of ribs off the PBC to a glass of Trivento’s bold, old-vine Malbec, or the refined aromas of their Amado Sur awaiting a lobster tail, the pairing of The Pit Barrel® Cooker Company and Trivento just makes sense.
