Pit Barrel's Summer Sangria
2 bottles of white wine
2 cups of fresh raspberries
4 cups of fresh blueberries
2 cups of white grape juice
1 pound of fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
2 bottles of sparkling white wine (champagne)
8 Granny Smith apples (you can slice them thin or use a star-shaped cookie cuter!)
How to make Pit Barrel's Summer Sangria:
1. Stir together white wine, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and white grape juice.
2. Cover and sit in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
3. When you're ready to serve, pour in the champagne gradually and add your apples and ice and serve!
4. For an extra "kick" add 1 cup of your favorite liqueur (St-Germain, apple brandy, etc.).
