If you need to make a return or inquiry about a damaged or defective item, please review our return + refund policies below.
If you need to cancel your order or have any other additional questions, please give our customer service team a call or send us an email and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

What is our replacement/return policy?
Returns:

- We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you return an item out of its packaging (such as a cover), the return will incur a 15% repackaging fee. If we receive a return of an item that has no packaging included in the return, no refund will be issued. ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNOPENED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

- We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your return and the necessary information that needs to be included with your return.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for managing the return shipping fee with their preferred provider on all accessories and replacement parts.
Pit Barrel® Cooker provides an additional option if returning a 14” Pit Barrel® Junior, 18.5” Pit Barrel® Cooker, or 22.5” PBX: If returning a barrel, Pit Barrel® Cooker can provide a prepaid FedEx return label. If Pit Barrel® Cooker provides the label, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred to assist with covering the cost of shipping. *Please note that this option is only available on unused barrel returns. Barrels must be returned in unused condition with all components that are included with the package purchased. - If a customer has opted out of route shipping protection at checkout, Pit Barrel® Cooker is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Pit rubs and used products are not eligible for return.
- Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If returning a barrel and Pit Barrel® Cooker co. provided a prepaid FedEx Label, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the final payment.
- Please note: Route shipping protection is non-refundable. All claims for route need to be placed within 30 days of receipt of the product.
What happens if you receive a damaged or defective unit?
- If a customer has opted out of route shipping protection at checkout, Pit Barrel® Cooker is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- In the unlikely event your Pit Barrel Cooker Co. product arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the damage and then proceed to contact our customer service team for further instruction.
Please include these items with your claim:
- Photos of damage or defective merchandise
- Your order number
- Your phone number
Email your claim information to our customer service team
Warranty Coverage
- PBC Co. will replace any defective merchandise within one year of the purchase date. However, regular use wear-and-tear is not covered. Rust-through is covered in-warranty however, surface rust is not.
