Our hours + location:
- Our office is open Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm EST.
- Orders will not be shipped on or in transit on certain holidays. We do not ship on weekends.
- If you place your order over the weekend, it will be processed for shipment on the following business day.

- When placing your order, guaranteed shipment is the following business day.
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the continental U.S. (excluding AK or HI). Flat rate shipping of $14.99 on all orders under $49.99.

How long does shipping take?
- Free ground shipping on orders $49.99 and over take between 1-5 business days.
- Shipping times can vary due to inclement weather, production delays, availability, or the summer/holiday season. Very rarely is an order delayed past the estimated shipping time.

What are your shipping rates?
- Free shipping on orders over $49.99 within the continental U.S. (excluding AK and HI). Additional shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will display at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose.
- If shipping outside of the U.S. use the shipping quote locator during the checkout process for a shipping rate estimate.
- Orders less than $49.99 are shipped at a $14.99 flat rate.
- Pit Barrel works to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping possible. We will do our best to accommodate or answer any concerns about shipping.
Does Pit Barrel ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs or Puerto Rico?
- Yes, additional shipping charges apply.
- Please note due to size restrictions, we cannot ship PBC's or PBX's to APO/FPO addresses.
Does Pit Barrel ship internationally?
- We ship worldwide via FedEx. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Our expedited shipping options are contingent on FedEx and their shipping practices. Please take this into consideration when you are upgrading to expedited shipping.
- Estimate cost and delivery time during checkout and to see all shipping options.

Shipping Damage
What happens if my order is damaged or defective?
- Any shipping related issues (i.e. – damage caused in shipping) or items missing from an order should be reported within 30 days of receipt and will be rectified as soon as possible. Please look over your items as soon as received and absolutely before use as we cannot exchange used merchandise.
