Easy Gourmet Pizza

Pizza dough from a local pizza place or store 
1 cup white sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese 
1 cup sautéed mushrooms 
1/2 cup sautéed onions 
1/2 cup spinach 
1/2 cup marinated artichokes, store-bought or homemade 
1 cup Italian sausage 
1/2 cup bacon, crumbles 
2 oz. goat cheese, crumbles
Truffle oil, drizzle 
How to make Easy Gourmet Pizza:
  1. Light Pit Barrel® using the following instructions. 
    1. Light a full Pit Barrel® Chimney Starter with lump charcoal or briquettes until really hot (12-15 min)
    2. Pour into empty charcoal basket 
    3. Top off with more lump charcoal until plenty full
  2. Sauté onions and mushrooms 
  3. Roll out dough to preferred thickness and place on a pizza stone 
  4. Add toppings to the pizza dough 
  5. Place in very hot Pit Barrel® for 20-25 min
  6. Remove with Pit Barrel® Pit Grips and serve
