No more takeout or delivery. Time to smoke your own homemade gourmet pizza! Using mushrooms, artichokes, onions, white sauce, sausage, goat cheese, and truffle oil you are guaranteed a flavorful bite!

Ingredients
Pizza dough from a local pizza place or store
1 cup white sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup sautéed mushrooms
1/2 cup sautéed onions
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup marinated artichokes, store-bought or homemade
1 cup Italian sausage
1/2 cup bacon, crumbles
2 oz. goat cheese, crumbles
Truffle oil, drizzle
Directions
Light Pit Barrel® using the following instructions.
Light a full Pit Barrel® Chimney Starter with lump charcoal or briquettes until really hot (12-15 min).
Pour into empty charcoal basket.
Top off with more lump charcoal until plenty full.
Sauté onions and mushrooms.
Roll out dough to preferred thickness and place on a pizza stone.
Add toppings to the pizza dough.
Place in very hot Pit Barrel® for 20-25 min.
Remove with Pit Barrel® Pit Grips and serve.
