Keto Pimento Cheese Dip

Keto Pimento Cheese Dip 

8 oz sharp shedded cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded jack cheese
4 oz pimento peppers (or pimento cheese spread for substitution) 
1/4 cup green onion
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1 jalapeño (optional) 
How to make Keto Pimento Cheese Dip:
  1. Add shredded cheese, pimento, diced jalapeños, green onions, cumin to large mixing bowl 

  2. Combine mayonnaise and cream cheese to mixture

  3. Add mixture to 8 inch cast iron skillet 

  4. Light your PBC according to instructions

  5. Place on PBC for roughly 20 minutes or until bubbly

  6. Serve with low carb crisps or chips (or straight with the spoon)
