Looking for a new appetizer to serve? This shrimp combo will do the trick. With very little effort you can have a fancy little appetizer everyone will rave about.
Pit Barrel Cooker Co.
Ingredients
24 shrimp, cooked medium
1 tbsp. celery
4 cucumber
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. parsley, fresh
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
4 tsp. creole seasoning
1 package cream cheese
Directions
Cut cucumber into 24 slices.
For cocktail sauce, combine ketchup, 2 teaspoons creole seasoning, onion, green pepper, celery and pepper sauce. In another bowl, combine cream cheese and remaining creole seasoning.
Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
Grill or skewer shrimp on the Pit Barrel® for 5 minutes.
Spread cheese mixture onto cucumber slices. Top each with a shrimp and cocktail sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley.
