I Love my Badger Barrel! I’ve made Amazing briskets, ribs, and great reverse seared steaks. Works well for reverse searing a steak, you can start cooking it on the upper grate and when it gets close to the temperature of cook you’re looking for, remove it from the grate and sear it on the lower level hibachi mode to finish it off! Doing this is great for mastering juicy burgers as well!!

I love this thing! Been using it for almost three years now and its pretty much my go to. It makes the most delicious ribs, steaks, tri tip, chicken, pork shoulder and pretty much everything I cook on it will come out delicious. I highly recommend this cooker.

This is a good little smoker. Light the fire, hang the ribs then come back in a few hours and enjoy. It’s really that simple. I’ve always smoked on my LyfeTyme offset smoker and I love the simplicity of the Badger Barrel.
I had a couple of spots where the porcelain enamel was chipped off, but it doesn’t affect the results. I will have to spray these areas with high temp paint to delay rusting from further damage.
All in all a good little smoker.
