Crackers of your Choosing
Directions
Brush Cream Cheese block with Oil on all sides and place on Foil Covered Grate
Sprinkle Pit BarrelÂź All-Purpose Pit Rub on all sides of the block of Cream Cheese
Light Pit BarrelÂź according to instructions
Smoke for 2-3 hours
Pull grate off of smoker. Grab your favorite crackers and dip in spread. Enjoy!
