Stuffed Cabbage

Serves 4-6

Cook time: 1-1 1/2 hour | Desired Temp: 160°

2 lb ground beef
2 small eggs 
1/4 cup milk 
1 diced onion 
4 cloves diced garlic 
2 tbsp. sour salt (citric acid)
2 cups cooked rice 
12 large cabbage leaves (stem cut) 
Pepper to taste 

29oz tomato sauce 
6 tbsp. worchestershire 
6 tbsp. brown sugar 
4 tbsp. lemon juice 


How to make Stuffed Cabbage: 


  1. Boil the cabbage leaves for 3 minutes and leave in a colander to drain and cool
  2. Whish sauce ingredients together and set aside
  3. Mix meat, eggs, onion, garlic, sour salt, pepper, rice, and milk together
  4. Scoop generously into cabbage leaves and roll tightly 
  5. Pour sauce over cabbage rolls and smoke until internal temperature reaches 160° which will take about 1 1/2 hour
