Cranberry Candy Cane Mimosa

Serves 6

 

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup chocolate chips
3 candy canes, crushed
6 candy canes, whole 
1 bottle champagne or prosecco 
6 oz cranberry juice
 
How to make Cranberry Candy Cane Mimosa:
 
  1. Melt chocolate chips onto a small plate. 
  2. Crush candy canes and place on a separate plate. (Put the candy canes in a Ziploc bag and use a spoon to crush) 
  3. Dip rim of champagne flute in the melted chocolate. Then dip the chocolate rim in the crushed candy cane.
  4. Add 1 oz of peppermint schnapps (or a mix of your choice) to each flute. 
  5. Fill with champagne and garnish with candy cane
