Cranberry Candy Cane Mimosa

Ingredients: Makes 6 drinks. 
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3 candy canes, crushed
- 6 candy canes, whole 
- 1 bottle champagne or prosecco 
- 6 oz cranberry juice
Directions: 
1. Melt chocolate chips onto a small plate. 
2. Crush candy canes and place on a separate plate. (Put the candy canes in a ziploc bag and use a spoon to crush) 
3. Dip rim of champagne flute in the melted chocolate. Then dip the chocolate rim in the crushed candy cane.
4. Add 1 oz of peppermint schnapps (or mix of your choice) to each flute. 
5. Fill with champagne and garnish with candy cane
