Pit Barrel Cooker Co.
1 can of corn drained
1 can of creamed corn
1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 box Jiffy or homemade recipe below
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Homemade Corn Muffin Mix
Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a greased oven safe 8x8 pan or a cast iron skillet.
Place in Pit Barrel® for 30 min or until golden brown.
Serve as a side to one of your favorite dishes.
