This summery twist on chicken and vegetables is sure to make your taste buds do the happy dance.
Ingredients
2-4 (6oz) boneless skinless chicken breast 
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette 
8 oz fresh mozzarella ball sliced
1 ripe tomato
1/4 cup basil 
1/4 cup balsamic reduction 
All-Purpose Pit Barrel® Seasoning
Directions
Marinate the chicken in balsamic vinaigrette overnight 
Sprinkle Pit Barrel® All-Purpose rub on the chicken 
Light your Pit Barrel® according to our lighting instructions
Place chicken on the grill grate 
Around 140° place tomato and mozzarella on the chicken. The cheese will start to melt 
At 160° take the chicken off the grill. 
Top with basil and balsamic reduction
