3 lbs of party wings
Pit Barrel® all purpose pit rub
primal kitchen keto buffalo wing sauce or your favorite buffalo wing sauce
chives
Directions
Thaw the chicken wings completely; pat them dry and lay them out on a cookie sheet or rack. Place in refrigerator uncovered overnight
Season wings with Pit Barrel® all purpose rub
Light Pit Barrel® according to lighting instructions
Place wings on the Pit Barrel® and smoke until and wings reach an internal temperature of 152° - 160°.Crack the lid and remove the rebar for an additional 30 minutes to allow the wings to get crispy.
Pull wings off of the Pit Barrel® when they reach an internal temperature between 195° - 202°.
Toss with Primal Kitchen Keto Buffalo Sauce.
Chop chives and add on top.
Serve with Blue Cheese, Ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
