Smoked Loaded Potato
Put all your favorite toppings on top of your potato and throw it in your Pit Barrel®!
2 Russet potatoes
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sour cream
1/8 cup red onion
1/8 cup jalapeños
1 tbsp fresh dill
Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
Place potato on 10” skewer and hang in Pit Barrel®.
Check on potato after 60-70 min depending on size. Remove when reached desired doneness.
Remove potato from skewer and cut an opening on top.
Fill with toppings and serve with your favorite dish.
