Smoked Sweet Potatoes
Have your sweet potato Pit Barrel® version with this delicious recipe!
2 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions.
Place potatoes on 10” Skewers and hang in Pit Barrel®.
Cook for 1 hour or until preferred doneness.
Take potatoes off skewers and cut a line through the top. Filled with butter and brown sugar and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
