Ingredients

Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub
*optional: chopped chives
1 stick of butter
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 c of Killer Hogs BBQ Sauce
1/2 c of Franks Red Hot Sauce
2 tbsp of Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
1 tbsp of red chili flakes
1 c of mayo
1/2 c of sour cream
1/2 c of milk
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet
1 tbsp Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
1 tbsp "The K9" Rub (substitute with your favorite spicy rub)

Spicy Ranch Sauce
Directions
Light your Pit Barrel® according to lighting instructions.
Prepare Spicy Ranch Sauce. Once prepared place in the fridge
Prepare thawed chicken wings by patting them dry with a paper towel.
Season both side of the Wings with the Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub.
Spray the Wings with Duck Fat cooking oil spray (any cooking oil spray will do)
Allow the rub to adhere to the meat for 10 minutes.
Place the Wings on the cooking grate in the Pit Barrel® with both rebars in place.
After 30 minutes of cooking, flip the wings over and cook for another 15-25 minutes.
Prepare Spicy BBQ Sauce (See directions below)
After the Wings have been on for 30 minutes, sauce both sides of the wings.
Continue cooking the Wings until they've reached an internal temperature of 175° - 200° internal temperature.
Remove the Wings from the Pit Barrel®.
Spicy BBQ Sauce
On medium heat, add the stick of butter and minced garlic. Once the garlic has sautéed, add the rest of the ingredients. Remove the sauce from the heat once it has simmered and come together.
Place the Wings in a large mixing bowl. Add the Spicy BBQ Wings Sauce. Incorporate the Wings with the sauce.
Top the Wings with chopped chives and the Spicy Ranch Sauce.
Dig in, and enjoy!
