Light your Pit Barrel® as you would for the grilling setup
Once to temp, lay the chicken wings on the grate for about 15 mins; flip and let cook about another 15 mins or until you hit an IT (Internal Temperature) of about 195°
The last 5 to 10 mins add your favorite bbq sauce to the wings on the smoker.
Pull and enjoy!
