The Weber Smokey Mountain hanger system allows for increased cooking capacity while delivering the famous Pit Barrel® style results. To use the Weber Smokey Mountain hanger system, simply remove the grill grate and water pan, lock the hanger system into place on the top grill bracket and open the top and bottom vent wide open. You’ll never cook a turkey or prime rib any other way. (Poultry hanger sold separately) The WSM hanging system is well built and designed capable of supporting up to 45 pounds of meat!

EndGrain's 3-Part Complete Care System is specially formulated to ensure the top condition and longevity of your wood cutting board. Made from all natural, food-safe ingredients, use regularly according to label instructions to ensure your board is clean and at peak performance.

1. Clean your board on both sides with EndGrain Soap and hot water, then dry thoroughly after each use.

2. At least once monthly, apply a generous amount of EndGrain Oil with a
quality applicator. Allow to penetrate for 1-2 hours, then wipe off excess.

3. Also monthly, apply EndGrain Wax directly to wood surface with a quality applicator. Allow to penetrate and harden (20-30 min), then buff off excess.

EndGrain Cutting Block Soap is designed to thoroughly clean wood surfaces, killing foodborne bacteria without the use of harmful chemicals. The specially blended formula uses only certified organic oils and no animal by-products of any kind.
