Honey-Glazed Hanging Ham with Pineapple Char

Ingredients

(1) Spiral Cut Ham

1 fresh pineapple (sliced into rings)

½ cup honey

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Pit Barrel All-Purpose Rub

Optional: cloves for studding
Directions
Prep the Ham + Glaze
Pat dry, apply light coat of Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub
Optional: stud with cloves for that classic Easter look
Mix honey, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar
Hang It
Apply 2 hooks to each side of the ham. (If you do not want to hang the ham, you can place it on the grate)
Light the Pit Barrel®
Light the Pit Barrel® according to the lighting instructions
Cook ~2–2.5 hours until warmed through
Brush the ham every 15–20 minutes during final 45 mins with the previously prepared glaze
Pull when glossy, slightly tacky, and beautifully bronzed

Let the ham rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. That glaze sets up perfectly and the juices stay locked in.
