To use the Weber Smokey Mountain hanger system, simply remove the grill grate and water pan, lock the hanger system into place on the top grill bracket and open the top and bottom vent wide open. You’ll never cook a turkey or prime rib any other way. (Poultry hanger sold separately) The WSM hanging system is well built and designed capable of supporting up to 45 pounds of meat!
